Can I delete a client profile?

  Answer:

A client profile can only be deleted if no activity has occurred within that profile.

For audit trail purposes, you can rename the profile to say "Inactive Profile" or "Do not use" as the profile cannot be deleted once activity has occurred in that profile.

You can rename as per the below:

Click on modify next to the Company Name.

Rename as "Do not use" then save.
