Can I assign or reassign a confirmation to another department?
Instructions:
Yes. After opening a request, Supervisors and Clerks will see a Reassign option located at the bottom of the Details tab in the Other actions selection menu.
- Select the appropriate department and clerk (individual clerk is optional).
- Choose to save or discard any changes or uploads made to request.
- Add any optional comments.
- Select send.
You can also reassign multiple confirmations at once. From the Pending area:
- Select the desired confirmations and choose the Reassign option from the grid header at the top.
- Select the appropriate department and clerk (individual clerk is optional), then add any comments (optional) and select send.
