Can I assign or reassign a confirmation to another department? 


  Instructions:

Yes. After opening a request, Supervisors and Clerks will see a Reassign option located at the bottom of the Details tab in the Other actions selection menu.

  1. Select the appropriate department and clerk (individual clerk is optional).
  2. Choose to save or discard any changes or uploads made to request.
  3. Add any optional comments.
  4. Select send.

You can also reassign multiple confirmations at once. From the Pending area:

  1. Select the desired confirmations and choose the Reassign option from the grid header at the top.
  2. Select the appropriate department and clerk (individual clerk is optional), then add any comments (optional) and select send.
