Yes, select the “add” link next to a specific form in the initiate confirmations section of a client profile.

A text field will become available to type in an additional comment, which will be attached to that specific form being sent to a financial institution.

This can be used to:

Request for specific information to be included.
Guide the bank on what additional information is required.
