How do I refresh Carry Forwards and Underlines in my AFS?

After changing the header for one (or more) columns to display Budget figures, the second page header still displays “Actual” instead of “Budget” in the column.  
  • Page 1 header as displayed in print preview.

Also opening some reports like the Statement of Cash Flow shows some notes to have missing underlines.

  Answer:

After making changes to the header of the report ensure that you refresh the “carry forwards”: 

  • Open the report and select Document | Edit Mode 
  • Then, from the drop down menu, select Options | Maintenance | Refresh Carry Forwards

This will fix the headers on page 2 and subsequent pages.  
To fix the missing underlines in your reports. Follow the same procedure as above just select “Refresh Table Underline” instead of “Refresh Carry Forwards”.
