Confirmation Billing Guide (Effective 1 Nov 2025) - Africa territories excluding South Africa

Confirmation.com charges for each confirmation request sent through the system. There are no sign up costs or license fees.  This guide contains information related to: types of credit card, setup methods, pricing for the individual and consolidated forms )incl. examples to demonstrate how the price cap works).

Pricing will be found on your Purchase Receipt and is emailed to the individual who has initiated the request. Ensure your finance receives this communication by creating a mailbox rule to forward all Purchase Receipts to your finance team. You can make use of the Daily Activity Report to provide Finance a list of all transactions for a desired period.
