Why are files that were added to the Firm Template not showing in the client file?
Answer:
Documents added to the firm template need to be tagged to a specific engagement profile before pulling through to a created file.
Refer to Appendix 3 of the
Audit International | Firm Training Manual
for the different profile tags.
