1.1 Fixes

Fixed an issue on the dashboard where the Risk Response area’s Assets, Equity and Liabilities, and Income Statement sections remained greyed out instead of blue, despite selecting various engagement profiles and successfully importing a trial balance.

Annexure A – Known matters

Matter	Description	Alternative
Tooltips on procedure conditions	In work programs and checklists, the tooltips on icons for procedure conditions (grey eyes) and tags (blue eyes) may not be correct after the patch update. This is a known display issue.	In each work program or checklist, click on the red button beside the Home button at least twice to update the tooltip for procedure actions and conditions to reflect the correctly referenced documents and procedures.
590.600 impact on document manager and Dashboard	After the patch update process has been completed, the group audit work program 590.600 remains mapped under the FSA widget, despite users selecting “No” to the procedure “Is this a group audit” in document 400.Optimizer.	To ensure this document is optimized when not in a group audit scenario, please include the tag ‘cw2100’ on 590.600 in the document manager in the template.

For integration purposes, Audit International 26.2 is compatible with the below-mentioned Financial Statement templates.
Attempting to integrate with any other version not specified below, will result in an error.

Document manager

Add the tag ‘cw2100’ on 590.600 Group audit program – Engagement scoping components (Core) in the document manager to ensure this document is excluded when not in a group audit scenario.

Dashboard

To ensure the dashboard tiles are not greyed out and accurately reflect work programs and worksheets, click ‘Edit’, select the respective tile, navigate to ‘Section and Mappings’, manually add each item, and save your changes.

Download Instructions

If you are a firm champion or firm template author, you will have access to your unique download package by accessing the My Software page and clicking on the download packager icon top right. If you are responsible for managing updates and have not received login details for the CaseWare Africa Success Community, click on Login (top right) and then choose the Register Now option.

Who is the firm champion?

The "Firm's Champion" is the staff member responsible for rolling out the template to the users at the firm.

I do have a CaseWare Africa Success Community login

If you are a firm champion, you will have access to your firm's unique download package by accessing the My Software page and clicking on the download packager icon (top right).

I do have a CaseWare Africa Success Community login but cannot see the My Software option

You may request the file to be provided to you by your firm champion.
Alternatively to obtain this access your firm champion will need to update your user permissions on the Content Management page once they have logged in. This page is available when selecting the My Team's Information option in the drop down menu. When clicking on the Manage button next the user's name, ensure that the Download Software checkbox is ticked. This will allow the user access to the My Software page.

I don't have a CaseWare Africa Success Community login

If you are responsible for managing updates and don't have a login for the CaseWare Africa Success Community, click on the Login button in the top right and then Register Now.
