How do I resolve integration errors 1003 and 1017?
Answer:
Ensure that any of the financial framework templates are installed (IFRS, IFRS for SME, GRAP or IPSAS).
Tools | Templates
Reinstall the Audit International template.
Ensure the AI file name has no special characters. If there are any special characters, remove them:
Engagement | Engagement properties | Name/Address | Operating name
Provide full administrative rights to the client file.
In File Explorer, navigate to the client file location.
Right-click on the folder. Click on Properties.
Go to the tab Security. Click on Edit.
Click on Everyone. Tick the box next to “Full Control”
Repeat the steps for “ALL APPLICATION PACKAGE” and “CREATE OWNER”
Click OK. Click OK.
Ensure the file is not read-only.
In File Explorer, navigate to the client file location.
Right-click on the folder. Click on Properties.
Go to the General Tab. Un-tick the box next to “Read-only (applies to files and folder)”.
Click Apply. Click OK.
