Please contact support using the details below and share a copy of a letter showing the new physical address. Our validation team will be in contact with the main contact for the firm to verify all information.
Email address change
The email address on a user profile may be changed for the following reasons only:
- Surname change
- Company domain change
Should the reason for the change be any of the above, please contact support using the details below and share a signed letter with information regarding the change.
Please include the old domain and the new domain and also advise if this affects the structure of the email addresses for the firm's users.
If the change is not due to the above reasons, kindly create a new profile and reassign the client(s).
