Can I request more information from the Auditor about the confirmation request?

  Instructions:

Yes. From the View Confirmation Request view of each confirmation:

1. Select other actions.
2. Select need more info from the list.
3. Enter the requested information in the window and select continue to return the request to the auditor.

Alternately, from the Pending view of the Confirmation tab:

1. Select the request or requests from the list using the checkboxes provided.
2. Select Need More Info from the top of the grid.

The auditor can respond with comments and attachments, and will not be charged again for responding to these requests.
